David Krumholtz is an American actor and producer, born in 1978 in New York City, USA, into a Jewish immigrant family. He made his acting debut at the age of thirteen in a Broadway production. His first film role came in 1993 when he played Barry Corman in the comedy film "Life with Mikey" starring Michael J. Fox. In the same year, Krumholtz appeared in the TV series "Monty" and the family comedy film "The Santa Clause."
Throughout his career, Krumholtz has acted in more than 45 films and TV shows, and has also produced some of them. He has appeared in films such as "The Ice Storm" directed by Ang Lee, "Slums of Beverly Hills" directed by Tamara Jenkins, and "10 Things I Hate About You" directed by Gil Junger.
