Career

Vinay made his feature film debut under the umbrella of First Take Entertainment with Breakaway, the story of a determined Canadian with South Asian roots, who struggles against traditional family values and discrimination from mainstream players to fulfill his dream to become a hockey star. Vinay wrote and played the lead role in Breakaway. The film was produced by Akshay Kumar.^[2]
